Has anyone used Protex b4?
Hi guys. I am a daily smoker, but havent for about a couple months because I knew I was getting laid off and would have to start looking for a job, and of course knowing most jobs require a drug test.
I was offered a job and had to take a drug test within 48 hours, which was Fri. I did a home test and it came back positive for THC. So I went and picked up some PROTOX. The lady gave me the same directions on how to use which I have read the same for other detox products. So I am bascially wondering if anyone has heard of or have used this product b4? Just wanting to give myself piece of mind. Thanks.

You haven't smoked for 2 months and came up poitive on a home test ?!?! That thing was obviously junk.
As for the Protex, or Protox (you spelled it both ways) I can't find anything on it. Never heard of it.
If you haven't smoked in 2 months you should have all the piece of mind in the world you need.

Thank you. I did have piece of mind till I took that damn test, then I got worried. My husband still smokes but usually goes down stairs, I was never in the same room so that is how I figured I came up positive.

Advil can cause false positves on home tests.
Did you take any ibuprofen.
I have had that happen.
To fail a urine test after two months is crazy, especially an antibody test. You must have a false positive. The desire for safety stands against every great and noble enterprise-Tacitus ~100 AD

After 2 months either you're not telling us everything or the test kit was defective. Can't imagine you would turn up positive after 60 days...unless you're, how to say this delicately, a big person. The more overweight you are the longer it takes to clean out the system. A friend of mine who's a good 40 or 50lb overweight took about 45 days before he tested clean on a home test.
I am 5'8" and 145 with a fairly high metabolism and was able to test clean in under 30 days.Never take your cell phone out of it\'s holster when using the restroom. BG

I will second that the biggest thing is weight.
A over weight person will take much much longer to clean out.
Usually people who are overweight have slow metabolisms and dont exercise.
All of these are very key.The desire for safety stands against every great and noble enterprise-Tacitus ~100 AD
