man, if i hadn't just got my job i would help out. I know man, i know. Last year the 1st of december i got fired from my taxi job. with less then a month to go till christmass. at the time i was engaged, she had a child from a previous relationship, i was all excited cause it was her kid's first real christmass (she was 2). after i got canned my hopes went out the window, no money for food or presents. My girl started yelling at me calling me useless and right before christmass she dumped me. so i spent chrismass day drunk out of my mind in an apartment i was 3 weeks late on rent for. i know your pain, times will get better, if i can i will help. later guys

-sighs- I really hate to say this but I mean bro has a computer and shit? I skimmed his post but it seems too..I don't coincidental? I personally don't have any money to donate (I have my own money issues) but I'd be careful donating a lot of money to him, even toys...I don't mean to sound like a bitch but this is the internet and no one knows him personally or anything.. Maybe someone can give him information on a place near him to get actual donations/food/presents, there's thousands of organizations to help out vs. asking a forum of potheads who almost all have some underlying (usually money) problem or another..

Once again, he is not the one who came on here asking for anything. He posted his story to give some insight into his state of mind and to share with people who care.Thats it.
I read it, felt the desire to do something to try to help out a fellow human in need and took it upon myself to make this thread.
Its a bump in the road that others are able to help him over if they feel it within themselves to do so.
I dont expect this to appeal to everyone but some of us cant look the other way, and are trying to make a small difference in someone elses holiday however we can.
It doesnt matter to me that I dont know him.
If he were a single man I might be more apt to say " I feel for you but tough it out" but , its all about the kids man, all about the kids.

I respect your opinion, please dont feel Im attacking it...just trying to give a little more info to balance it out thats all.

I really wish I could go back to my old job but they won't let me for insurance reasons (Sounds like their covering their asses to me) so I've been trying to find a new job and not tell them about my head injuries. I miss working and it's driving me crazy sitting in this house all everyday. Where I happen to live jobs are not as easy to find as I had hoped. Guess I got lucky finding the one I lost due to the accident. Thank you all for your contiuned caring.
