I personally wouldn't, but if you do I'd hydrate before hand and eat well since you probably won't be hungry. I've done it probably about 5 times and almost each time wished I was sobre atleast some of it. I have no clue really if there is much of an increased risk, another reason why I wouldn't do it until atleast a few more days. I've heard stories about people dieing from DXM but then again I guess that's probably not impossible. Maybe do some research on the net. Good luck whichever your decision.
