First time at Salvia

bong is it extract or leave if its extract use a bong and take 3 huge hits if its leafs use papers its goin take way longer than extract and if it is extract wat level 5x 10x 15x 20x

salvia in papers isn't going to do anything at all.... except leave a bad taste in the back of your throat....if you plan on rolling it, you might as well just throw it away, cuz you're going to get the same effect both ways... even if it is leaves, still smoke it in a bong or pipe... you're just going to be smoking for awhile.... and yea, when you do it, i suggest you sit the fuck down, before you even hit it.. also suggest you are very comfterable and relaxed, with everything that could get broken/spilt out of the way, and if you happen to have candles i would eithe rput them really far away, or extingish them before hand. salvia is a hardcore trip, and it's not just to get fucked up on... it's an experience, not a way out of sobriety... not pointing at anyone in paticular, but if you're going to do salvia just to get high, i suggest you save your money and buy some weed... also some people don't get anythign off it really except maybe the giggles the first couple of times they try it... i always say this, in response to that. take it slow.... wasting half a gram to find the right ammount to smoke for your trip is way better than underestimating it (i think it's usually underestimated because it's legal, and we all know those legal buds are shit) and going into a really bad trip... but yea, sit down, where you aren't supporting your body (say on your bed with your back against the wall) and hang on. don't try to walk on it either... last time i did it, i had the bright idea of trying to get up (was sitting on my bed against the wall) to lay down on the end of the bed, i'm not really sure why i di d.... but it took every last bit of energy i had just to flop down... and be ready for some seriously tiredness.... quite a few people i've let try, have already said that the trip is so intense it wears you out really bad. nothing anyone can tell you can really prepare you for the trip you're going to have, because it's just damn right out near impossible to explain... as i always say, you go to a whole new world....

Load a big bowl in a water bong, regular lighter is fine, keep the flame on the bowl the whole time, take a big hit, hold for 30 secs, and fucking lay down. Better to have someone there but if you are good with the physcedelics, never freaked out for any shit, then you'll be ok. Only downside to salvia is it only lasts about 10 min...maybe less. The residual effects lasts longer but yeah...fun while you're flying!

dude i got me some 5x and 9 gr. of dryed leaves...i think i will experiment by the sublingual receptors...it will of course take a lil longer and last a lil longer, but i'll be meditating while chewing the leaves...hope i will be peaceful when it'll kick in...
