I did acid in college a LOT. This was mid/late 90's though and it doesn't seem to be very popular anymore. I'd advise to just not have ANYONE around you during your trip that you don't like. No one who is normally annoying when sober. Have some stuff on hand that you like to do creatively also. I had hella fun with crayons one night. Have options of somewhere to walk and don't coop yourself up too long. Have weed for the last few hours, if not the whole time.
