Nitrous Oxide (N2O) / Laughing Gas

Does anyone know the best way to get/make/buy Nitrous Oxide which is safe for inhaling?

I was hoping there is a way to get medical grade Nitrous Oxide. There is Nitrous Oxide in pressurised cream as a propellant, but its pretty hard to get the Nitrous Oxide out without the cream.

Any ideas on how I can obtain some good Nitrous Oxide?

All you need is the cracker and the cartridges. You don't need the cream.
