I cannot go to a 8am-8pm cycle because I get up for work M-F at 6am so I need the lights on before I leave.

I couldn't imagine this one time could do anything, but I figured I needed to ask some experts...

SO????
No big deal on a one time gig. Don't even worry about it but you may want to figure out your amperage load on your system to determine why you popped the circuit. Remember, after you figure out the amp load add on another 15% of that to compensate for the inrush current when the system initially fires up. Good luck!!!
