moving the growroom.....
Hello Bill
Well what typical rotten luck that sounds Bill
Mind you I like to think that it's the pitfalls and bad luck we have in the past that makes us stronger and better people for the future.
I remember when my marriage (
) ended I was on my own with three kids in a really horrible rented house, with terrible neighbours. I felt bad, I blamed myself for the marriage failing, altough I know now that it wasn't my fault at all.
With no money at all and I was very close to having a nervous breakdown through the stress and worry of it all.
However that experience gave me the kick up the backside I needed to provide some secuirity for the kids and myself.
I set up market stalls, did flea markets and even ventured into the antique fairs, buying and selling anything I thought I could make money on
Once I managed to buy this place and pay it off then I could relax, I managed to get a nice easy (well easy-ish
) part time job.
Altough without my family I would have been "stuffed" for want of a better word
They helped me out when I was deaperate for cash and they all helped out with the kids when I was working a lot of the time.
I know going through those years has made me a much stronger person today
.
Oh as for shopping, Iike a bit of shopping
but when it's nice and quiet, at the moment it just seems like a fight to try and look around ...........so busy
Mind you I've still not found what I'm looking for, so we are going again this weekend
I can tell you Bill I'm in two minds not to bother going out, I'd much rather just have a quiet evening at home, with a couple of joints, a few glasses of vodka and a good film to watch...........much more my "cup of tea"
Bye for now.........................love mand xxx

Hey gang! :D don't know how much this falls under growing information but it does give me a chance to vent  , after packing, loading, moving across town , and unloading a three bedroom house, camper, boat and yes my plants and grow room all in four days!!!! A total nightmare!! :stoned: but.... no kidding its a part of moving that calls for a bit of thought. Not letting old landlord or new landlord or anyone else see your growing equipment as your packing and moving or as your Rating: 5

Thanks y'all for the good wishes.
Just about muttled my way back to the surface for air , lol. Things are tight and to say what a pain in the ass would be an understatement. managed to keep some plants alive. Finally got the real stinky stuff to harvest but lacked the KB quality I thought it would have the way they stunk. They were Kush and not good yielders either. Have a couple stragglers left 3 of them I revegged from plants I had on my first grow and a couple other lil plants. Trying to get a scrog going for my next round. Don't really have as many starts as I had planned on starting with but what I have will have to do.
Had trouble with getting my cloner to work . Followed everyones post on the subject and could not figure out what I was doing wrong. Finally I discovered what it was I was using rubber tubes to hold the cuttings instead of plugs and the rooting chamber was loosing the humidity necessary through the tubes. I didn't have plugs so I put a cover over the cuttings for a lid and it has been doing much better and will work great when I get some plugs I'm sure.
Latewood- been using that Liquid Karma , man  and it has really been working well . have only had a few plants to try it on but the buds are way solid and good sized much more so than before.
Mand - Your a sweetheart and thank you for the hello. It is always nice to know someone has missed ya. I just posted on your thread , first one I posted to.
well guys I was down to needing a distributor to finish my Harley for way too long . Just been too broke to buy one but went to an old friends house and he just happen to have a brand new shiny Chrome Distributor for a 1969 shovel laying around and he gave it to me, I said HELL YEAH!!!  Just a short hair from being up on the road. She has so much compression I am going to have to tie sand bags on my ass to kick her over
, lol Oh well , I think I will suffer through that lol
Happy New Year Everyone and Peace my friends,
Bill

Hello Bill
I saw you're post on my journal "thingy" thread, it's called a "journal" but I reckon it's become a bit "self indulgent" ............ that kinda worries me
Anyway I don't mean to nag but I'll just repeat what I said on there, when you get you're bike on the road "be carefull" the roads can be very dangerous.

Hello GK
I now it all sounds a little bit "mumsy"
but I think Bill knows what I'm talking about
Years ago I once went on the back of a motorbike and I can only describe it has "two hundred miles of sheer terror"
Even now just to see someone "zooming" along on one and weaving in and out of the traffic, it gives me "butterflies" in my stomach

Thanks Mand for the concern. I don't do much weaving in and out of traffic, thats how ya get hurt. I just like to mossy on along take it slow and watch out for the other guy. I find it kind of cool that you think about my well being .
Garden knowm- thanks for the congrats dud it was a nightmare moving . Hey those reveg I started awhile back have really flourished nicely and if anything the potency has improved but I used an additive this time with my normal 3 part gh nutes. really tightened up the buds. Just three plants but they are looking nice.
