There's the myth that smoking seeds will give you a headache (I've smoked straight seeds before..don't ask...and I never got a headache) and another that it lowers your sperm count or something (I'm a chick, I don't know) so really the seeds thing is up to you. I personally perfer not to grind it up unless I'm rollin' a j and just break off some and pack it into the bowl, I for some reason have this theory that it burns slower but I'm told other-wise ..it's up to you, make sure no bits get into the steam/water, 'cause that'd be icky.
