Is it just rumor, or did they make Marijuana legal in Colorado?

the city of Denver DID vote on whether or not to legalize marijuana, and it did pass. BUT, the STATE law still says that marijuana is illegal. and since state law overrides city law, marijuana is still illegal in denver.

but, even if you are caught with it, as long as its not in large amounts, its not that bad of a thing at all. its like a speeding ticket :-) (in colorade, and a few other states)
