I have compiled a list of construction materials you will need to build your very own grow box. You'll have to cut the wood to the size you need or Lowe's and Home Depot will cut it at no charge.

    Grow Chamber Construction Material Requirements

    - Wood Studs 1"x2"x8' [To Build Inner Frame For Strength]
    - Particle Board 3/4"x4'x8' [To Build Outer Walls]
    - White Tile 4"x4" or 6"x6" [To Use For Floor Of Grow Chamber]
    - Door Hinges [To Secure Door To Walls]
    - Door Pull Handle [Door Knob]
    - Cam Lock [To Lock Grow Chamber For Security]
    - Eave Vent [For Passive Air Intake
    - Door Sealant Tape [To Adhere To Door Seam To Block Light]
    - Aluminum Tape [For Taping Mylar To Inner Walls Of Chamber]
    - White Paint [For Painting Outside Of Grow Box]
    - Silicone Sealant [To Seal Corners Of Wood Frame]
    - Surge Protector [Power Supply]

Total Cost At Lowe's Or Home Depot $140.00

Thats 45 Cubic Square Feet. So you need a exhaust fan rated higher in CFM's than 45. Five feet going to be tall enough for you? You have to subtract at least one foot from that for light distance and another foot fo the size of the containers alone. I'd go 6 feet minimum

This will cut down your growing time by 50% compared to outdoor growing or by one and a half if you just did the 18/6.
True, but if you have a 1000 watt light 6hours a day of being off could be a fair drop in electricity and not do that much difference (if your patient)

This is true. 18/6 will save money on power however 24/0 will produce faster results. It's up to your situation.
