I was in Amsterdam this past summer and one of the runners of a coffeshop sold me on this Gatoride like/Sugar/Energy water type of drink and gave me some explaination about why these drinks were the best for the aftersmoking seesion. Now, as I write this, I'm thinking "Duh! Energy drink=energy." So my questions are, has noticed any recoup of energy after drinking Gatoride while high? Does it Rating: 5

I drink plenty of water at all times so it's never a problem.

Actually drinks like Gatorade/Powerade are better if you're being physically active or sweating. Reason is if you are just drinking water you can dilute and disrupt the electrolyte balance in your body possibly leading to hyponatremia or water intoxication. Sports drinks contain electrolytes which are necessary for maintaining homeostasis.

I like making the cotton mouth sound, you just open your mouth and it smacks. Its fun doing it in class, when someonelooks over at you just make some goofy face at them and keep doing it.
