It is a good bulb :thumbsup: sunmaster and agrosun are same bulbs, very high quality,imho ...at times I think that people make a little too much about what can and cannot/or should be used...I have 1000w hortilux enhanced blue/violet spectrum and a 400w sunmaster warm deluxe...a little more enhanced red spectrum than your bulb...

another great metal halide 1000w bulb that people have been ranting about is the hortilux blue(ATTENTION, CHECK OUT THE SPECTRUM GRAPHS ON THIS
BLUE COMPARED TO, EVEN, THE MIGHTY HORTILUX...On the EYE Hortilux box I have, it shows the spectrums side by side and the graph on the Hortilux Blue BLOWS AWAY the rest! I've been hunting ebay for a 1000w MH, just to try it out!

...although a lot of growers feel that HPS is better for flower, and there is good argument for using them all the way, BUT...I have seen growth with metal halide that impressed the shit out of me...not that that carries any weight..lol :smokin: ....anyway, I think that a blend is the best way to go...lw

4 1000w-2 on 6 foot light rails and 2 on 4 foot light rails would cover your 10x10 grow area...you must have a lot of time to invest if your going to cultivate 100 sf...goodluck.lw
latewood Reviewed by latewood on . ~Bulb Question~ This is my understanding.In the beginning of a grow you start with MH bulbs.When you start to flower you change to HPS Bulbs.However the bulb sitting in my lap says,"SunMaster Neutral Delux Metal Halide,1000 watts and 105,000 lumens.The box says it may also be used for flowering and vegetation. :confused: So do I switch bulbs at different stages?How many such lights would a 10 foot by 10 foot room require?
