Just cut your losses and forget the guy if he doesn't get it to you by tomorrow. Also, if your going to buy something, NEVER give your money out to someone you don't know personally and believe they will comeback with what you want. When you deal with people like that you tell them to show you it first and if they won't show you it then fuck them and walk away. It helps to have friends in the business.
