I personally suggest you wait this one out. If nothing happens, cut your losses and avoid him (and his friends) from now on. The real problem with a black market (no pun intended) is that there's no regulation: You can't call the cops and say "This guy took money from me for cocaine, but now since he won't give me the cocaine, I would like my money back". Well, you COULD try, but you'd probably just get arrested yourself. :dance:

Though, to be fair- I did see that on an episode of cops once. A woman pulled a cop over from the sidewalk and told him that her neighbor had just taken some of her money to buy crack, and since her neighbor wasn't going to get her crack she wanted her money back.
