I mean come on! i mean like i can see a little disgruntled 13 year ld or somthing with a baggie of green saying like:
"hello,sir? i got a bag of weed and im not too overly sure on what to do with it.can you help me?"

So who would actually talk to frank? besides taking the piss outta who ever is on the other line!
