TRUTH:

THC and/or other cannabinoids actually widen your blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to push the blood but forcing it to pump faster to get the blood around because the blood vessels are longer and wider. Your eyes get red because the vessels are wider and more blood is flowing through them faster. Carbon Monoxide would only be present in your blood if you're burning the weed, yet when you vapo or eat it your eyes still get red.
