Because there is nothing illegal about this site. If this site were selling actual Marijuana then yeah there might be a problem. Just talking about smoking or Marijuana in general is perfectly legal. First Amendment is a great thing.

well they arent going to stay up for very bloody long if people keep making threads about them on high profile websites. however one of the reasons is that they're mostly based in canada, where its basically legal to provide medical marijuana for people

there are over 100 threads about them on this site alone - and they are spidered by google, so they are hardly thoroughly hidden and stealthy and I don't think this thread is going to send the law banging on their warehouse door
