tea again!

okay I know thc is only fat or alcohol soluble and every tea recipe I see has milk in it. Now I have a friend who just puts mj into a tea bag and steeps it along with her other tea bags. She had me try this and sure enough within 15 minutes you could feel it behind your eyes. Now how is this possible? I can't imagine the other tea leaves have enough oil in them to draw out very much. It lasted about 20-30 minutes too.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
