There are a lot of crazy methods out there, but what really works?? For example: 1) Soon as male flowers begin to show up on a plant, I change the bucket of chemicals out and start fresh, then add an aspirin. It always produces female flowers within 1 week after I add the aspirin. SO I have a Hermie. The bottom flowers (male) never produce Rating: 5

Oh and what about have a small weight and line hanging from the light which is cut to the excact lenght which u can use as an indicater of optimum distance from light to flower tip...saves fiddling about with a measuring tape!

Now those are pretty good ones!

Except the CO2 trick. why? well some plants that are weak to diseases will get INFECTED! BAD! Power Plant by Dutch Pasion seeds is one to watch out for, it is very strong agaist bugs, but don't even touch the bastard or it'll get a fungus or virus. Using piss has lots of bacteria and ferments the sugar making mass amounts of CO2 like u said but, u increase a risk of disease.

heres one way round it.......seal the piss bottle, but have a tube going into the top and place the free end of the tube into a pot of conc' salt solution....that will seal the bacterial form the grow room ...you can visualy see CO2 bubbles burping up through the salt solution..the salt solution will prevent the bacteria from making it out of the CO2 generater alive! .Thus protecting the ganj

I use tank co² and I also have a few propain generators as well that make plenty of CO². Pissing on plants is never a good idea to me.

NO you don't piss ON the the plant dude......you piss into a container with a sugar solution. The bacteria ferments the sugar and liberates CO2 gas[1/2 oz per oz of sugar !].LOL

So how exactly do u set up this co2 generator? u put sugar in water than piss in the mixture? sounds pretty nasty

For the record ..i dont have a piss pot in my grow room.! It's something i read! Only a few cc's of urine to about two litres of water and 2 oz of sugar..change change/discard after two weeks or the alcohol content will kill the yeast[ oh brewers yeast can also be used] People put Bat turd and Fish paste IN grow media ,farmers spray Horse shit all over their fields .so a few drops of slash ain't gonna hurt!

no it's not sterile. Sterilization take about 160f for about a minuet, so there is no way piss can be considered sterile and proper in a grow environment.
