I DAMAGE MY SEEDS ???????
yikes.. removing a seed from the soil once it's propigated? that's not a good idea!
If you're going to germinate in soil, it takes ... anywhere from 3-10 days for them to break the soil. depending on conditions.
Don't remove your seeds from the soil once you plant them.. you run the risk of breaking off the tap root (if there is any).
Soil germination is not quite as reliable as you'd think... it's a lot easier and more effective to propigate your seeds before planting them
