you should be ashamed damnit. if you ALWAYS NEED to get high thats a sign that you should quit and build up your sober life again before you decide to start up again. thats what ive always done and it works out okay.

I dipped a rolling paper (rizla) in pain thinner and smoked a couple hits, it made the walls in my kitchen expand, maybe just a placebo, but would never do any shit like that again, it hurt my throat like a fucker! (I was with a couple mates too)
