I AM USING VITA GROW POWDER. IT IS A 3 PART NUTE SYSTEM. HERE'S THE BREAK DOWN.
MICRO- 4-14-24
GROW 17-0-0
BLOOM 0-52-34
I AM MIXING 1/4 TEASPOON PER GALLON OF EACH FOR MY VEG GROWTH. IT DOES 'EM GOOD. YOU HAVE SEEN MY VEG PICS. QUESTION IS,,, WHAT SHOULD BE MY MIX FOR FLOWERING? IT WOULD MAKE SENSE TO ME THAT I ONLY NEED TO USE MICRO AND BLOOM FOR FLOWER. DOES THAT SOUND RIGHT? THNXBOYZNUS Reviewed by BOYZNUS on . NUTE QUESTION I AM USING VITA GROW POWDER. NUTE QUESTION
Micro- 4-14-24
Grow 17-0-0
Bloom 0-52-34
NEXT QUESTION IS: WHEN I NOW MIX IT UP, AM I GETTING 21% N AND 14% P AND 24% K? ( BECAUSE I AM MIXING MICRO AND GROW.) SO WHEN I MIX MICRO AND BLOOM, WILL I BE GETTING 4% N AND 66% P AND 58% K? I ALSO HAVE FAT FLOWER TO ADD, BUT AFRAID I WILL SHOOT THE % OFF THE CHART!! IS THAT HOW IT WORKS?Any posts made by me are purely fictional in nature and by no means is anything I say to be taken seriously. I do not grow or condone the growing of anything not legal. NUTE QUESTION
BUMP
NEXT QUESTION IS:
VITA GROW IS: (17-0-0) FOXFARM Grow Big (3-2-6)
HOW COME THE BIG DIFF IN NITROGEN? IF MY PLANTS SEEM TO DO OK WITH 17%, WILL BAD THINGS HAPPEN WITH ONLY 3%?
I ALSO SEE SMALLER %'S IN NUTES, ie 1.2% 0.3% etc.
AM I JUST NOT UNDERSTANDING THE WHOLE NUTE THING?
ALSO,,, IF I ADDED THE 2 TOGETHER,, WOULD I END UP WITH: 20-2-6?
I NEED TO ORDER TODAY, AND NEED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD ORDER. THNXAny posts made by me are purely fictional in nature and by no means is anything I say to be taken seriously. NUTE QUESTION
Grow big is fox farms single grow formula and meant to go with their tiger bloom for a cycle grow. The 3 part formula is meant to be mixed at different levels to achieve total control over your grow. You can mix different amounts and get different levels of NPK. NPK is just the base nutrient you add boosters and other nutrient enhancers after you have the NPK set. (Other wise there is no point in calling them enhancers if they are not extra) There are calculators that can tell you what the NPK should be by mixing what amount of each part of the 3-part formula.
Each time you mix your 3-part formula you are not always getting the number on the label.
What mixing chart are you using?

NUTE QUESTION
YUP, ITS ME AGAIN. NEW QUESTION. I WAS JUST GIVEN 1 GALLON EACH OF DYNA-GRO GROW AND BLOOM, LIQUID. THE GROW IS 7-9-5. AM I GOING TO HAVE ANY PROBS WITH THE BIG NUTE DIFFERANCES? (VITA GROW, AS SEEN ABOVE). IF SO, WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD ENHANCER TO MAKE IT ALL BETTER? OR SHOULD I JUST STICK WITH WHAT I KNOW, THE VITA GROW? (BUT ITS FREE, SO I MIGHT AS WELL GIVE IT A SHOT.) THNX
P.S. I HAVE MIXED BOTH GROW AND BLOOM TO ABOUT 1000 PPM. 2 TEASPOONS PER GALLON GROW AND 3 TEASPOONS PER GALLON BLOOM. THIS SOUND RIGHT?Any posts made by me are purely fictional in nature and by no means is anything I say to be taken seriously. I do not grow or condone the growing of anything not legal. NUTE QUESTION
With that I would suggest Fat Flower or Awesome Blossoms would be fine. Fat Flower would be my choice if that is the nutrients I have.
You can mix the grow & bloom for the 2 week cycle 1 before and 1 after you switch the lights. Other then that it's a one part nutrient for the most part.
If you are using RO water then you will need CalMag Plus and you should have some florakleen on hand too to flush at the end and just incase they need it before to correct a problem.
