Good question. I've never seen any salvia extraction methods anywhere.

Depends how much you want to impress your friends, also if you want to google it, how good you are with wording things. Also, I guess you could also impress your friends with the hammer idea.. It's up to you

try and prove that your friends are faking it by telling them the leaves will do them twice over if done properly. then continue to take hit of leaves. pretend to trip, whilst friends are smoking and see if they do anything to pretend like they are tripping. it would be hella funny to make fun of someone for that.
