You'd better have had lamb souvlaki and the Tzitziki sauce had better have been made with just yogurt, long english cucumber & garlic.

How about the baklava and Ouzo??

    happy birthday scooterjay!!!!

Well, to each their own. I feel just the opposite. Banana Splits was more than just the banana bunch. Oh well, thems were the days!

    What is a "WB snob"?

I don't recall any boobies on Fraggle Rock. Wasn't that show done by Jim Henson...as in Muppets. Wait, I googled it, it was Henson. Speaking of the Muppets...pretty much everyone loved them. Apparently it's getting more and more difficult to appeal to all ages judging by the decline in quality of kids shows over the last 20 years. I mean Spongebob for christs sake...who writes this shit? Where's Johnny and Hajii and Bandit when we need them? (and why did Johnny look more like Race then Dr.Qwest?) I swear cartoons like Speed Racer were the beginning of the end for civilized childrens television.

Ahhhhhh......yes.........Johhny Quest. I've got tons of the original old cartoons. Check out toontracker.com or go to ebay and look up spik234 - seller. He sells lots of oldie shows. Anything Hanna Barbera was top notch stuff. Yup, Speed Racer spelled the end of good television cartoon. That's Japanese animation for you. They may have thought they could do it better than us, but they didn't realize we didn't want their stuff to begin with. Although there is now quite a cult following for things like Sailor Moon, etc. It's the differences between generations. Just like music. My parents don't like the music I like and I don't like the music my kids like. That's just the way of it.

Ohhhh ya, Mr. Moose and the ping pong gag. Geez that brings back memories. Sure would love to see some of those episodes again.

How about the Friendly Giant? "Look up, waaaaay up . . . . and I'll call Rusty"
And Gerome the Giraffe. Now, that was television.
