doesn't matter either way, believe me.... the governemnt is not worrying about the hundreds if thousands of dollars to track you down for an ounce or less, when they're working on chasing down "piraters" and child rapists... believe me....the last thing on their list is chasing down the kid wtih 20 grams of bud..... think about it... do you really think the govt. gives a fuck about all the work and trouble of chasing down the kid with 20 grams, that would go away for a max of a year, when they can chase down the child predators that would go away for years upon years... a kid with 20 grams is hardly the the thing they worry about...

i forgot to add...with meth and crack addiction/use steadily climbing (if you want i can go look up the statistics, and you will see how booming it is) i really doubt that weed (which has already been proved next to non harmful) is really anythign they care about anymore... it's already been said, by multiple people in multiple states (not all on this board so don't waste your time looking) that they don't give a fuck anymore about weed really they're cracking down on meth/crack.
