I have heard that all of the things in the title can make you high but i have only heard rumours about it all, has anyone got any hard facts about the method of taking and the effects of these substances (if any) And experiences with them would be even better! Thanks, Santa

nutmeg, you eat 3 tablespoons of ground up nutmeg in a drink and you will trip. penut shells was just a rumor that prooved to be false. green tea and orange peels i highly doubt
