I decided that the stress of giving up would be worse then a bedtime smoke- sleep is precious (my boy is 6months now so I know!) so is relaxing time so just enjoy your pregnancy, see your friends and have a smoke if it makes you feel good cause nothing can prepare you for the first month at home together! Chances are you won't fancy puffing in that time cause its just too much!

I didn't know I was pregnant and life continued as normal (smoking and "having fun!") I can report no problems here at all if you are worried about side affects in my case it did no harm. Anyway all this is just my opinion, you should do whatever causes YOU the least stress- MUM KNOWS BEST!!!!
