Are you serious? A large percussive blow against a very small point on a glass bottle will just crack the hell out of the thing. If you buy a glass drillbit, you forego about 1.5 grams of regs, but get a free bong every time you empty a bottle-- hell, you can even sell them to your friends if you want.

Just spring for the drillbit, or learn to blow glass. Aside from those options, I'm afraid you're SOL.
