well if i had a 40% rum would it matter if it was dark or white and if i only used 40% how much weed should i put in

If you let it soak for 2 weeks your wasting time you only need to let it set for 24-48 hours remove the bud and soak again in fresh alcohol, do this 2 or 3 time and then you can evaporate it down to increase the potency of each dose.
