in some states it only applies if u have a certain amount like in my state massachusetts its if u have 40 grams or more

The old fuckers on capitol hill passed yet another law that has George Washington turning over in his grave. It seems now in over forty states if you get caught with a bag of weed by the police without marijuana tax stamps affixed to the bag (like your not in enough trouble at this point anyway) you will get really hammered now.
