what if everyone did start paying their marijuana tax and the gov. was making so much money that they decided to start selling the marijuana, since they were making so much money just taxing it. would that be cool anyway. who cares if they taxed it then. id be all for them legalising and taxing it.

The old fuckers on capitol hill passed yet another law that has George Washington turning over in his grave. It seems now in over forty states if you get caught with a bag of weed by the police without marijuana tax stamps affixed to the bag (like your not in enough trouble at this point anyway) you will get really hammered now.
