God I am sexy, but back to the point. Its has to be about either alot of governments being against cannabis because they have an old school attitude to cannabis OR it will lose them money from somewhere else (traditional drugs and oil products). If the government could make money out of it then they would so there will be a reason financially that keeping it illegal will make them money.
