This is driving me absolutely crazy!
Thank you for downloading the Cookbook. I appreciate your observations, and I intend to do some final polishing on the document.
I'll attempt to answer your questions in order.
1. For your situation, I would recommend 3 "doses" as discribed in the Cookbook, with only one minor change. You should take all of the prescribed ingredients for 3 doses except cut back on the B2 - you shouldn't take any more than 200mg. (150 - 200mg. will add plenty of color- don't over do it) Also, be sure to use the herbs that were suggested in the text, this will ensure "normal coloring" and it will add to the naturalness of the sample. ** Now 3 doses is alot, I know, but as you described your situation, I believe that it will be plenty for you -FOR SURE. (personally, I weigh 250 and am an average smoker and I always take 2 doses - which is plenty for me)
2. I can't say that a dry run is necessary, however, it definitely isn't a bad idea. If, by taking a test at home before you go down to the physical, you can walk in full of confidence then, yes, I would say it is probably worth the few bucks it will cost. I would use a THC Drug Test Urine Cassete. These are available all over the net. One site I can recommend is http://www.meditests.com ( A 5 panel test kit will be appropriate if you have used any substances other than marijuana or hash)
3. Drinking water is a good idea, but you don't have to over do it. Remeber, THC is NOT water soluable. I would suggest drinking the amount of water that is comfortable for you to consume in a day, no more. On the day of the test you should avoid excessive water consumption because the "doseage" outlined in the Cookbook is fine tuned for getting results. If you have a glass in the morning, no big deal, but keep your EXTRA water consumption to a minimum on test day.
4. Exercise will help matabolize the THC acid stored in the fat. (You burn fat you burn off THC along with it) This isn't absolutely necessary to get the desired end results, but it is suggested as a normal part of a healthy lifestyle. If you wish to exercise, then by all means do so, you should just discontinue heavy exercise 48 hours prior to the test deadline. This is because you do not want EXTRA toxins being released from your system around the test deadline. Remember, when you take this test your body will not be totally detoxed from THC, but, by using this system properly you will not have any of these toxins in your urine for a certain period of time. This is the main focus, controlling the contents of the urine for a short duration of time.
As far as diet goes, some suggest heavy eating. Many times they may make this suggestion because they want you to increase consumption of foods that will aid in the detox process, such as red meat to increase creatine levels. With the refined system that is outlined in the Detox Drink Cookbook, you are taking specific amounts of certain ingredients. There is no need to increase food consumption. The main thing is to AVOID foods that will HINDER the detoxification process, such as caffein and fatty greasy foods. With this system, it is also important to eat very light the day of the test, or not at all. You want to have an empty stomach when you begin the procedure. This way you are only getting OUT the certain things that you are putting IN.
5. Some suggestions on ways that YOU, in particular, can maximize your detoxifiication effort - Since you are taking a higher than average doseage, you should allow a little extra time concerning the chain of events before the test. Take any of the ingredients that you have that are in HARD TABLET form about 1/2 an hour before you take anything in SOFT CAPSULE form. This allows extra time for the tablets to break down in your stomach. (take them with a little water) Next, drink your drink formula about 2 hours before the test deadline, then wait the normal 15 minutes before you drink the additional water (as directed) What this will do is allow YOU more time to dispell fluids before you go, which leads me to the next very important suggestion. You want to urinate a minimum of 2 - 3 times before you go down to take the test. You don't have to worry about not being able to go when you are there, just go ahead and urinate as much as possible before you head out. By the time you get there, you will have no problem mustering up a sample.
Finally, I know that these times can be stressful, but please try to relax because, by the time this is all over, I'm sure you will look back and say "I did all of that worrying for nothing!" Just follow the outlined plan in the Cookbook as well as these additional tips and your sample will be as clean as a whistle. (Of course I guarantee it)
