If you completly quit now, excercise a lot and drink lots of water/gatorade day before test and right before test you should pass. You have enought time. 2-4 weeks generally depending on amount smoked, weight and metabolism. This is assuming urine tests.

Also eat big steak night before to increase your protein level to counteract dilution of drinking tons of water before test. They usually test creatine levels.

Of course there are many ways to pass without quiting but I would not suggest any of them.
