they dont taste like neither one, really. I dont know how to describe it, but all I gots ta say is that shit is the best shit! I dont see how you've never ate them. EVERYONE etas crawfish down here. Go to a football game or something and people will be boiling some crawfish,.... aww that shit gives off the best smell when there cooking
