break it up with your hands, you're giving your energy to the "ground up" pot when breaking it up, and then smoking that energy back for a greater high

Tear it into small bits with your hands. Not quite as small as say cigarette tobacco.

bust it up in a shot glass with scissoers or buy a real grinder form a head shop

scissors are GREAT, and what's even better so you dont have paraphernalia is GROW FINGER NAILS! I got some not long ones but like medium ones and they are the best thing to grind up weed. Shit I can do just as good as a grinder!! Takes a little bit longer though

But once you brake it up with scissors just rub the weed through your hands it'll break all aprt.

*sigh* break it up with your HANDS people! it's not impossible, no harder, and just as effecient, if not more so, than scissors!

and like i said, spiritual aspect of life addes to the high
