Thats a crock of shit. I've had some of the higest THC content cannabis in Virginia. It really does'nt matter. The best marijuana is grown indoors under optimal conditions. As long as it is getting as many lumens as possible, between 75ºF to 85ºF has optimal humidity and proper CO2 and airflow and kept free of male pollen (sinsemella) it does'nt matter if it's grown in a shitbrick hut.

I've personally noticed indoor cannabis I've smoked in Virginia is overall high quality but cannabis I've smoked in Georgia is overall fucking nasty lowgrade bullshit. It's like most georgians could'nt grow a good crop to save their fucking souls. I dunno. That's my two cents.

I'd say that anywhere can have the best weed, but California is known for having some of the best bud!!!! With all the med. clubs and growers in cali, theres an unlimited supply of extremely good bud.
