Ok... here's an idea : Rob a bank. If that doesn't work, though I suspect it will, here's what you do. Go find Tokosan. Kidnap Him. Bring him to the Police and get your $1 million dollar reward they're offering for his arrest. The reward is good whether he's dead or alive... so better play it safe and just axe him so he doesn't try to escape when you bring him in. Also: I want a 1/4 of the money since I mentioned it
