It's most about shape. Most guys prefer the roundest because humans are naturally attracted to roundness. A very round small pair can be much more attractive than an oddly shaped large pair. Also, I would consider a man who likes large artificial breasts, done by a mediocre doctor to have low standards, which is not only an insult to that man but to woman as well.
