lol no thats no rule. thats something a guy made up one day in his head to make him feel better about himself, or something a girl said to her small penis boyfriend, because it does matter, when i was dating my first ex and we had sex he was small and experienced and i got nothing from it, i mean he knew what he was doing when it came to everything, but when it came down to it, it just didnt turn me on, but my last ex who had a pretty big penis for his age, i came everytime, a couple of time, it just feels better.
