there is like 1000 different strains its hard to say wat is good but just by looking at it and the smell the look of the bud if u are an expieenced person u can tell

This one time i bought an oz for a friend and it had loads of crystals no hairs, and was really light but it got us blitzed

get a scale and learn the smell of good bud and you will no if your getting ripped off.....good bud smells like skunks, pine trees, or even a sweet smell

learn about bud from all these people and whatever. then buy a digital scale and an smg and youll never get ripped off again.

I think trichomes are the best indication, if you are unable to recognise the smell. The best advice possible is to just smoke it, that is if you're not very experienced. If you receive buds, a good way to check the freshness is to split the stem where it meets the bud, if it's a bright white colour, it's fresh.

Usually ask someone else who bought it before you; it helps. I know it leads me to the good bud, and helped me score a viel of honey oil last night.
