Ok i had a gram of 10x i proceeded to smoke it and I smoked like the smallest amount ever and notin happened. Didnt suprise me but i uped the dose a bit to a nice little pinch and i still got no effects I proceeded to do this several times each time no luck. So I went back on the net to do some more research and realized i was suppose to hold it longer and torches are the best. So I went back to the store and bought some more 10x(which burned 60$ out of my pocket) and I dedided to start with a small/medium dose but this time do things better...no effects. I tried a couple days later only this time with a large dose(probably 1/8th of a gram) and I dont no wether i got the smallest effects of salvia or just a good toke of resin from my weed. I realized i was swaying back and forth and felt super heavy and i thought wow this must be from the salvia cuz i never got these effects from just resin and i figured the hallucinations where soon to come. They never came. What am i doing wrong can anyone tell me? I understand that some people dont get the effects the first few times but this ridiculos i smoked almost 60$ away and no effects. I use a pipe that isnt very long and a torch lighter.

Are you sure you're taking the biggest hit you can, and holding it for atleast 30 seconds? I found that a regular BIC lighter actually brought the best trips, and not a torch lighter.

Salvia is kind of hit or miss, but once you break through it's great.

Apparently it has a reverse tolerance issue, so the more you smoke it, the better the tirp will be.

Don't give up, Salvia is a great experience once you break through.

Sometimes the quality of salvia varies from vendor to vendor. The best trips i've had were off of 10x, we bought 20x twice, and one time it was shit, and the other time it was decent, but nothing great.

Perhaps try buying some from another vendor.
