it may be easy to grab a head, the rest of it depends on whether or not he is actually fighting back / how strong he is/ whether he knows how to throw a punch (most people dont) lol

and just for the record, twisting the arm away from the body will open the centerline, leaving the opponent an opportunity to counter strike with the opposite hand, no matter how much pain one arm is in, the other one still functions just fine... not that it matters, you could sit here and debate possible outcomes for the rest of your life ... to reference poly again, hes exactly right you won't learn jack about fighting by reading here :P on top of that, you can theorize a million different scenarios but how you think it should happen and what actually happens are 2 different things
