everyone in here can be so damned stupid sometime (although, this statement doesn't actually apply to everyone, just most of you).

1. You're not going to learn to fight from advice over the internet. It never seems to consider that an opponent might be fighting back. Possibly with the same advice.

2. There's only one purpose to fighting. To win. Fighting is competition, not cooperation. Thus there is no such thing as dirty fighting. Stop thinking you're fighting for your honor or some abstract concept. "Dirty fighting" is employed by anyone who wants to finish a fight. Don't think that just because you choose to not use all avalible weapons, your opponent won't either. Anyone who trades blow for blow is an idiot. If you have to fight, finish it as quickly and harmlessly as you can.

3. In regards to number two above, if you're fighting, its because you haven't overcome your animalistic drive for competition. You feel threatened in some way and need to lash out violently instead of using your human understanding to find a better solution. Its sad really. The best advice you could get has already been given... use your head.
