how to upload pictures

Go onto the Post Reply page, then scroll down to under the text box (if you see Add a Poll, you've gone too far). You will see a button lebelled "Manage Attachments", click that shit, and there you go

Oh a bit more, click one of the Browse... buttons and find the picture you want, then click Upload and the rest's easy
