It will be hot and harsh and not worth it. Also, commercial catnip is shit. I grow my own for my cats and there is no comparison. I grow stinky buds that my cats can barely get near before they are just blasted. The shite from stores is all sticks and leaves, and treated and my cats have to eat it to catch any buzz.
If youre going to try catnip I suggest wild grown and consume it as a steeped tea. It'll chill you out, relax you and help induce sleep. It wont get you high. It is also great for lowering blood pressure, appetite stimulation, urinary tract cleansing, liver detox and anxiety.
Ive used it for years in various herbal concoctions and it has many medicinal values.

If anything, it's just inhaling the smoke getting an idiot "high". My friend smoked catnip in maybe 6th grade, then again she was out of cigarettes and thought smoking a plastic straw would have the same effect.

It doesn't make us high because WE ARE NOT CATS and are hardly similiar to them, chocolate kills dogs, it doesn't kill many of us. Unless you're obese.

I tried catnip when I was fourteen. It was listed as a "legal high" in some book my friend had. Of course it didn't work. I wasn't even dry at the time.
