its so much easier to heat a skillet to appoximately 125 degrees and get the PERFECT butter and add that then stir it for EXACTLY 12.222minutes and then TAKE THAT and make BROWNIES..which of course is so EASY

well not really, if you are talking the amount of THC consumption. The best (most efficient too) way to take it would be vaporizing. Also if you make Green Dragon the right way it will get nearly all of the THC out. Smoking is certainly not the best way because the heat of the lighter and fire burns a lot of the THC before it can get into your lungs.
