Right, i am wanted to grow 9 lowrider plants along with my skunk. I'm using Fluros so how many Flouresent lights would i need for 9 and also what wattage?

# of fluoro lights you would want to use depends highly on thier wattage / output.. but that sounds like a pretty good place to be

you could easily grow out 9 lowryders with a few VHO fixtures .. .but those are so pricey you might as well get an hps

it depends on the size/shape of your grow area... for example, if you are going to put 9 plants in a single row, then you might want to use long tube flors with a few cfls... if you have a more square area or multiple areas then more or all cfls would do better
