How can you not have a capital at the start of your name?
m not
ADaisyChain Reviewed by ADaisyChain on . How can you not have a capital at the start of your name? This has been bugging me for a while. I'm all about my grammar and punctuation and all that stuff. What i want to know is, how the fuck you can live with yourself knowing your name on here hasn't got a capital at the start. This may sounds really weird.. but that's how i feel. robert42 for example, i'd have to make it Robert42 beachguy in thongs - Beachguy In Thongs buddymyfriend - Buddymyfriend Whos Carl - needs to be Who's Carl (if you can put an apostrophe in your name) There are Rating: 5

Not sure why I didn't use capital letter for my buddymyfriend. I think it may have something to do with when you create your account or maybe just poor grammer. My username shouldnt really require a capital as its not a name. I always sign my post with a capital though, strange!
Peace
Buddy

Wow, is "how can you not" strange in itself?
the lowercase is from original unix names. nasty carryover wouldnt you say? All file names work better in lower case, and as you know using the shift all the time is a pain in the ass. Did you ever program in UNIX?
Anyway, a bit about caps. As you well point out, a proper name for an individual is with the first letter of the name in caps with the rest in lower case (fully spelled out). So I am Art Rollins and it represents a human. However whenever you see a representation claimed to be your name in all caps, beware. Only acronyms and legal corporations are represented in all caps. That is, only "things" or things under "color of law" have their "names" as all caps. So, let's say a letter addressed to ART ROLLINS is not to the human person Art Rollins unless I want to become the corporation or human answering to such acronym or legal corporation. It is a mea culpa combined with a caveat emptor thing. so I prefer to return them as addressee unknown.
The nexus the government has on us is usually from ones acceptance of being a corporation. Next time you look in the mirror ask yourself, do I look like a corporation, or a human. Dont identify yourself with all caps.
